Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product with proper proof such as images or videos of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
